1.This automatic vacuum forming machine (thermo forming) is used for manufacturing refrigerator cabinet & door liner .This line is consisted of the working stations of auto loading, punching, 90°-bending, R-bending, embossing, flanging and unloading etc, and it also has pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electric controlling system.

2.Main technical parameters:

1) Material for work piece : Q235,δ=0.45~0.6mm cold-rolled steel sheet, Color plate or pre-coated sheet;

2) Dimension after forming: Length ×width=(450~1600)×(450~950)mm(adjustable);

3)The height of working table: from ground +900mm;

4)Working environment: -10°~50°;

5)Total length of the equipment: about 18000mm

3.Working process: loading → punching →90°-turning→R-turning→embossing →flanging→ unloading, full process are automatic, each working station can be operated independently by manual.
